Summary/Objective
Position will assist Director of Marketing and Creative Marketing Manager in efforts to execute the firm’s strategic marketing objectives utilizing a variety of digital communication platforms including email, social media, graphic design, and web-based advertising. Position will assist in the creation and maintenance of all firm marketing assets including but not limited to collateral pieces, business cards, advertisements, events, social media, direct emails, website maintenance, and tracking reports. This position requires a strong attention to detail, project management, and graphic design skills. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and able to work independently, managing multiple project deadlines.
Essential functions
Assist with the day-to-day execution of the firm’s marketing plan as directed by the Creative Marketing Manager.
Coordinate with Creative Marketing Manager on creation and implementation of social media schedules.
Manage production of social media including the creation of graphics, creation of standard templates, and appropriate compliance approval.
Manage social media posting utilizing HubSpot and individual platforms: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram. Maintain current specs on ideal image sizes, update “about” information with current AUM, employee numbers, and other key data.
Work with appropriate content teams to manage the design, printing, delivery, and website and email sharing of Quarterly Insight newsletter and monthly JIC Blog.
Collaborate with Office Services Coordinator and printers to manage print production of design projects such as business cards, newsletters, invitations, one-pagers, and other marketing collateral.
Create and send necessary advertisements per organization specifications for sponsorship-related marketing.
Manage updates to all tangible brand assets including team bio pages, fact sheets, and other collateral materials ensuring all items are kept current. Liaise with HR for necessary data regarding certifications and employee totals.
Work with the Creative Marketing Manager to develop new brand assets as needed for other divisions.
Assist Creative Marketing Manager with the creation of all brand assets for individual events whether virtual or in person (i.e. invitation, social media invitation, HubSpot landing page for event, email invitation artwork, Eventbrite registration page or Zoom webinar registration page.)
Attend in-person events and help coordinate our efforts as needed
Complete ad hoc reporting requests from database system and assist in database updates to ensure accuracy and integrity of information.
Ensure all marketing pieces receive compliance approval and use Charles Schwab Compliance Technologies (CSCT) software to upload and track.
Ensure the successful execution of multiple projects on independent timelines.

Required education and experience
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite programs especially Illustrator and Photoshop.
Strong graphic design sense and ability to execute new projects from existing graphic templates.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software packages including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint and an aptitude to learn proprietary systems on the job.
Must be able to work within multiple deadlines.
Ability to successfully complete assigned tasks with minimal staff support.
Excellent follow-through and owning a project to completion is a must for this position.
Proficient grammar and writing skills.
A motivated problem-solver with a desire to learn.
Preferred education and experience
Minimum of one year in marketing or related field.
Degree in marketing, digital communications, or a related field is preferred.
Experience with HubSpot, Mailchimp, and Zoom Webinar is a plus.
