The Digital Marketing Project Manager will lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve cutting edge, digital experiences to achieve the team’s charge.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing Management, the Digital Marketing Project Manager oversees the planning and execution of a broad range of digital initiatives and projects including the enterprise-wide digital brand experience and targeted marketing campaigns focused on brand, reputation, and enrollment. They bring creativity and enthusiasm to successfully track and manage people and processes while maintaining collaborative relationships with both internal and external colleagues and partners.
Extremely organized and highly detail-oriented, the Digital Marketing Project Manager possesses technical expertise and familiarity with web development projects and digital marketing. They also possess a spirit of continuous improvement and the ability to expertly translate business objectives into stunning digital experiences on time and within scope. This position requires experience collaborating closely with digital content producers, developers, designers, web operations and user experience experts.
This position is temporarily assigned a hybrid work arrangement (on-campus and remote). The duration of this hybrid work arrangement is at the discretion of Temple University and the hiring department.
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field and a minimum of 3 years experience managing projects in a marketing and technical setting is strongly preferred.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Demonstrated success in building collaborative relationships and partnerships with a variety of constituents outside of the department.
Experience with managing Drupal projects is a plus.
Experience with Workfront is a plus.
Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast- paced environment while maintaining accuracy of work.
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team effectively and collaboratively.
Self-motivated with a solutions-oriented attitude.
Values and inspires a positive work environment.
Superior organizational skills. Must be able to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines.
Excellent project management, analytic, communication and diplomacy skills.
Must be able to work well under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills including the ability to establish cooperative working relationships with supervisors, colleagues and campus partners.
Ability to attend staff events as needed (including occasional nights and weekends).
