This person excels at developing, managing, and executing with our agency partner our brand strategy and marketing messaging through an array of initiatives including digital and traditional channels. Our ideal candidate is calm under pressure, works independently and proactively, and wields a positive attitude.The Marketing Manager is responsible for mobilizing marketing, advertising, public relations, and brand positioning that will make an impact on sales goals and market awareness for all single-family residential projects in the Houston area market. Position will be based in our Manvel, Texas, office at Pomona by Hillwood.Responsibilities: Project Marketing ManagementOversight of bi-weekly Builder sales meetings for all projectsCollects sale traffic numbers and generate reports on trend for the project marketing planEmail weekly sales data to sales teamsEmail monthly sales reports to Builder sales teams and corporate officesMonitors Builder websites to verify accurate community informationMonitor Builder pricing and competitive community homebuilder pricingAudit PowerBI numbers with sales teams quarterly (net sales, closings and specs).
