| Job Description : | Web Analytics Support will be responsible for the development and delivery of data-driven solutions for improving marketing performance and the understanding of consumer insights. With a focus on the development of client analytic strategies and the development of frameworks and methods across the practice. The Manager will work with agency teams and partners through the transformation of digital marketing strategies and operationalization of key functions, balancing learning and innovation with efficiency and automation. This role must be able to solve business issues through data, creativity, and human insights. Hands-experience with enterprise web analytics suites, such as Adobe or Google Analytics, and the corresponding tools and skills for further data analysis, testing, and proper measurement will be at the core of your role. They should be able to contribute to cultivating and growing the analytics teams and build/form relationships with various key stakeholders. Compensation: $35-$55 hourly Responsibilities: Advise Clients on all-things Google Analytics (GA), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Data Studio; capabilities of the tool, where to find answers to business questions, and solutions for integrations with other tools Digest Client implementations and data to determine conclusions or methods for solutions Translate GA and GTM solutions to all audiences, from Marketing teams to Developers Identify areas of opportunity within Client data and recommend strategic solutions Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in interactive marketing or business consulting using data and information to drive marketing recommendations Expertise with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools (variables, events, segments, dimensions, custom queries, etc.), and tag management tools (e.g. GTM, DTM, etc.) Expertise in analyzing and reporting data from Web Analytics platforms Proven leadership ability and strong, impactful client relationship experience Extensive digital expertise including digital measurement and associated data and technology platforms Strong knowledge of one or more analytics disciplines including CRM, Predictive Modeling, Marketing Mix Modeling and Attribution, Business Intelligence & Data Warehousing, and DMPs Able to demonstrate thought leadership around performance marketing and data-driven strategy About Company Over the past 15 years, CMS Mortgage has grown and become known as the #1 Mortgage Broker in the area.
