Job Description : | About the Role The Associate Marketing Manager is charged with the development of branded content sales and digital media solutions to better serve advertising clients and to support the growth of Univision Local Digital business, with particular focus in branded content and social media. Job Responsibilities Responsible for Digital Intake and Ideation Process: Kickoff and development of campaign concept, Playbook creation, commercial valuation and sales presentation development including branded content and digital media sales opportunities. Work with the Univision Editorial and Radio teams to identify 360 and digital first sales opportunities and package for sellers to take to market Assist in collaborating with Network DIG team, Partners Solutions Group and Local Sales Leaders to maximize the commercial value of tent poles and prime time tv programming for local audiences and clients Oversee production of video and graphic content including: vetting, hiring, and leading production team and managing content creation and approvals process Account manage campaign from beginning to end, to ensure timely delivery of content for client approval, identify opportunities for optimization in campaign, and assist sellers in securing future client investments across digital media and branded content. Create meaningful visual communications that tell a compelling and concise story to help sell through client solutions and drive sales Analyze marketing trends and make relevant recommendations to the management Required Skills & Experience 2+ years of experience in digital a/o social media or cotent development Fluent in Spanish (read and write) and English (read and write) Proficient in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Project) Extremely detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with high-level internal and external clients while making recommendations clearly and persuasively Experience ideating to visually translate clients’ goals and objectives into actionable and measurable digital marketing programs that align with offerings Desired Skills & Experience Strong project management skills and experience managing priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and deliver on time and within scope Strong writing skills, content creation and social marketing skills Solutions-oriented approach with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high volume, high pressure, fast pasted environment Results-focused, with the highest personal and professional standards of integrity and ethics Eligibility Requirements Employment/education will be verified Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis The role will be hybrid/remote work model, but candidate must be willing to work from a Univision office on occasion (office locations can include but not limited to Miami, Orlando, Tampa, Dallas, Houston, Austin) Some travel may be needed Univision requires that all U.S. and Puerto Rico employees be vaccinated against COVID-19. This position will require the successful candidate to submit proof of vaccination.
