We’re looking for a Digital Lead to:
create a best-in-class user experience, driving engagement with UBS through ubs.com, email, social media and other digital channels
leverage analytics and content management systems to provide marketing insights, optimize performance and set future plans. Clearly package and present learnings to key stakeholders.understand business goals, challenge partners constructively, and work collaboratively on digital solutions that advance business goalskeep abreast of UBS technology and platform developments to inform opportunities and govern content; maintain strong relationship with platform team
monitor competitive landscape and industry best practices; bring insights, ideas and innovations to inform digital strategies

Your team
You’ll be working in the fun, innovative Client Strategy Office of UBS Wealth Management US, based in Weehawken, NJ. We support the Wealth Management business in communicating with clients and prospects directly and through our ~6,000 Financial Advisors. In this key role, you will evolve a digital strategy that increases brand awareness and supports our Advisors with client acquisition, retention and cross-sell initiatives. As a sole contributor, you will work closely with product, technology, creative and project management partners to design digital messaging, content, user journeys and channel strategies

Your expertise
bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications preferredideally 7+ years of digital marketing experience
familiarity with industry standards, best practices and compliance requirements that impact digital marketingstrong project management skills; comfortable working with multiple functional groups; ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects and manage complex processesstrong ability to communicate and explain complex information clearly and simplyexpert proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint. AEM, Adobe Analytics preferred
