Job Description : | Your Opportunity The Digital Marketing Manager – Retailer.com, will play a critical role on the Digital Commerce Team in North America to support our connected customer strategy and execution. Reporting to the Senior Manager Digital Commerce, Cross-Premise, this role will work closely with our Key Account Managers, Brand Teams, Insights, agencies and Performance Marketing teams, and is responsible for the planning, execution, and development of digital marketing initiatives across dedicated customer accounts. About You You’re a natural communicator and true collaborator, working in partnership with cross-functional teams and distributors to help grow our share of spirits at customer accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of the ecommerce ecosystem and omnichannel strategies and will use that to help grow our customers’ businesses. Responsibilities With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to: Support the retailer.com team in digital and paid media strategies and goals on retail platforms (including sponsored search, display, online programs, digital offers, etc.), by collaborating with key account managers to develop omnichannel strategies at specific customer accounts Help develop and enhance customer relationships working in close partnership with commercial teams and distributor partners Work across our brand portfolio to integrate brand marketing and sales objectives with a full funnel approach on retailer digital ecosystems Inspire and influence cross-functional teams to execute collaborative strategies, planning, programming, and analytics that increase our portfolio’s online and omnichannel share, volume, dollars and visibility across retailers Translate business needs, consumer insights, trends, and analytics from marketing programs into original and innovative content concepts to improve and optimize the consumer experience Work in tandem with agencies to create campaign KPIs and benchmarks to measure program effectiveness while translating data inputs into actionable media optimizations Hold external partners to strong partnerships: account management practices, timely/accurate/actionable budgets, feedback, reporting, & insights Ongoing timely and accurate business performance tracking, analysis, actionable insights, and reporting to various organizational stakeholders Benchmark channel performance and initiatives within the Spirits industry: competitor tracking, trends, emerging technology, and best practices Collaborate with other marketing teams on ensuring alignment on plans, including identifying content gaps that require filling to aid a seamless consumer journey Skills and Experience The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy 3-5 years of digital marketing and ecommerce experience (SEM/SEO, Display, Affiliate, Social, Media Planning) ; +2 years of sales or account management is an asset 3-5 years on brand or agency side for premium consumer goods, beverages, or fashion; premium spirits experience preferred Industry and/or Agency experience in Spirits, Hospitality, Retail, or Luxury is preferred Strong organizational, project management, and communication a must; execute with excellence Proven track record of multi-tasking: managing and delivering simultaneous campaigns and project on-time in matrixed organization Informed on technology, trends and partners in the digital space, with a refined understanding of how to implement change in an organization Experience translating customer insights and key learnings into compelling creative experiences such as promotions, events, video, applications, websites, etc. Comfortable presenting and executing annual marketing and sales plans Strong prioritization and time management skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Proficient analytical and problem-solving orientation with clear examples of using data actively for target setting, measurement, ROI analysis and recommendations Emotional and cultural maturity with ability to work cross-functionally, push for results, embrace change and quickly pivot when needed to drive results Personal Qualities Ability to translate marketing and commercial objectives, and use insights to drive value, increase share, and build brand equity Consumer and customer-focused Proactive team player and results driven Inquisitive and curious; a curious thinker who is comfortable with complexity and ambiguity Agile learner and articulate communicator with effective negotiation and presentation skills Willingness to travel, if needed Our culture We share the passion and entrepreneurial flair of our founder and are guided by our three culture pillars – Fearless, Family and Founders, they inspire our Primos to be the best they can be and drive us forward in all we do.
