Job Opening for Digital Marketing Project Manager in Robert Half (Montvale, NJ 07645)

Key responsibilities

Perform quality control on projects throughout development to maintain standards
Keep track of project budgets and expenditures
Act as the point of contact for teams when multiple departments are assigned to the same project so that team actions remain in synergy
Collaborate with executives and/or board members to keep projects aligned with their goals
Oversee the completion of digital marketing projects from planning through implementation
Facilitate project status meetings
Set targets for milestones, adhere to deadlines, and create long- and short-term plans
Organize input and work from a variety of stakeholders
Adjust project schedules and targets as needs or budgets change
Hand out project tasks to employees best positioned to complete them
Decide on a project’s next steps when presented with multiple options
Familiarity with design and prototyping tools
Prior experience managing and executing multiple digital projects
Prior experience coordinating across multifunctional teams, including marketing/communications, creative, sales and IT, as well as outside agencies
Prior experience with managing creation of websites from scratch
Proven work experience with project management tools and software
Must be organized and have great time-management skills
