Vantagepoint ai, LLC, an INC 500 software company experiencing tremendous growth. To continue to fuel our growth we are searching for a Digital Media Buyer with experience working with advertising partners to generate leads for our sales team to follow up with as well as driving traffic through our webinar funnel and additional channels.

The Digital Media Buyer will be responsible for researching and acquiring new advertising partners as well as growing and maintaining current ad partner relationships in effort to grow lead generation for both the Sales and Marketing Departments. The position is within the Marketing Department and reports to the Director of Marketing. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, internet savvy, creative, self-motivated, results-driven and a team player. The Digital Media Buyer should be passionate about all things digital marketing and should have a hands-on, sales-focused, creative mindset for building brands, driving traffic and conversions, and increasing long-standing partnerships.

The Digital Media Buyer will manage these types of advertising with current vendors while looking for new vendors to fulfill our ever-growing appetite for quality leads.
The position requires creative thinking, savvy negotiating, attention to detail, and an ability to assess advertising campaigns for ROI to determine whether to continue, discontinue, or scale up based on results and variable metrics.
In addition, the ideal candidate will also possess skills and interest to go beyond media buying and be involved in developing other marketing initiatives such as lead nurturing, customer marketing and support, online webinars, company PR and communications.
NOTE: This is currently a remote position and we are always highly interested in candidates in Florida.

Responsibilities:
Negotiate contracts and insertion orders with existing and new potential ad partners
Work with the CFO, Finance Department, and Director of Marketing to execute contracts and insertion orders
Be responsible for shepherding lead generation from both traditional and cutting-edge pathways
Track all advertising partners, advertising pathways, and assist with lead generation reporting, metrics, and reconciliations
Crosstrain as needed to learn additional tasks within the Marketing Department including, but not limited to: moderating webinars, copywriting, email management, social media, analytics reporting, asset design, A/B testing and other responsibilities as needed.
Assist the other members of the marketing team with daily responsibilities such as content writing and publishing, website edits and changes, customer marketing assets, graphic designs, social media posts, online webinar hosting or editing, marketing automation or rule changes, Salesforce reporting and more.
Stay up-to-date with current marketing industry trends and best practices and constantly bring new ideas to the table that will support the company’s business goals.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum of two years Advertising Account/Marketing experience, with specialization in developing/nurturing advertising accounts and partnerships
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Strong MS Office skills
Solid skill base in Infusionsoft, WordPress and ClickFunnels
Knowledge of Salesforce helpful
Ability to work swiftly with minimal supervision and under deadline pressure
A positive attitude
Knowledge of internet marketing, promotions, events, creative process, and Social Media marketing
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail
High level of resourcefulness, initiative, and good judgment in setting priorities and executing company image
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Ideal candidate will be flexible and able to think/act strategically, as well as roll up their sleeves and work as an individual contributor to meet goals
