We are looking for an experienced executive with holistic views into buyers’ journeys to drive growth and give future customers a perfect experience. This critical role will work closely with our Content Marketing, Customer Marketing and Customer Success Teams to ensure LeanIX prospects receive superior content and a direct view into the benefits of being a customer. The role will report to the Director Global Demand Generation.Director of Digital Marketing (f/m/d)based in Bonn (GE) or Boston (USA)WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?Design and execute the global customer acquisition strategy, and establish best-in-class practices across paid and organic digital channels such as Paid Social, Native, Paid Search, SEO, and Programmatic DisplayDevelop a CX strategy that delivers an effective buyers journey and encompasses an effective product demo/test/trial stage and follow-throughBuild, manage, and develop a global team (currently 4 fte’s based EMEA) of highly-capable marketers in a performance-driven cultureUse data-driven methodology, analysis, and measurement to improve effectiveness and efficiency of our performance channelsHave a passion for innovation, collaborating across multiple functions and driving business results for both the short and long termCollaborate with Data Science and Tech to develop tooling, automation, and new measurement methodologies, improve measurement rigor, and optimize performanceWHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?6+ years of experience directly managing digital marketing preferred on international level3+ years of experience with building, managing, and inspiring a (international) team of direct reportsExpert knowledge of SEM / SEO and Programmatic online channels as well as web & app tracking setup and troubleshooting.Substantial analytical skills and experience working with performance marketing metrics (CPM, CPI, CPA, CPC & LTV)Experience working with online ad platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, GDN, and other DSP’sConfident in communicating across the organization, with cross-functional stakeholders, and to executive leadershipLeanIX, The Continuous Transformation Platform® that efficiently organizes, plans and manages IT landscapes, supporting 650+ customers with our 3 solutions Enterprise Architecture Management, SaaS Management Platform and Value Stream Management.LeanIX is not just a product, in fact it’s a great place to work.
