| Job Description : | DescriptionWe are looking for someone who is results-driven, has email marketing skills, and is digitally minded to focus on our email marketing as part of a wider digital marketing strategy, playing a key role in the creation and deployment of email marketing initiatives.Your focus will be on building email lists, creating/optimizing emails to generate leads for conversion/sales as well as customer retention. The primary responsibilities of this position are to design, create, and deliver customer communication via promotional emails + SMS messages from start to finish (including requesting creative).Segmenting sends and making the content relevant to each customer is essential. You will utilize ESP Klaviyo to send emails and Postscript for SMS messages. Weekly reporting, analysis, and recommendations for testing/optimization are required as success in this role will ultimately be determined by email performance – as our goal with email is to drive conversions, increase engagement and improve customer retention of our ever-growing base.This role works closely with a variety of different cross-teams within the organization and requires strong collaboration, communication, and project management skills.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree2+ years email experience, with hands-on experience building and deploying promotional and transactional emails; including campaign creation and management.2+ Years of Experience with ESP software. Klaviyo is preferred.2+ Years’ experience in developing and growing SMS subscribers list2+ years of email HTML and responsive design coding exposureProven experience creating high-impact, unique marketing campaignsPrior database management experience, preferably in a similar roleHighly organized and detail-oriented – can execute complex tasks flawlessly with minimal oversightStrong communication and team skillsAbility to present reports and data to peers and key decision-makers in laymen’s terms to other team members and managers.Ability to work cross-functionally with the creative team, product team, and advertising team.Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, rapidly changing, team-based environmentMust balance high-priority, long-term projects with short-term, immediate deadlinesFamiliarity with Google Analytics is a plusBenefitsPaid VacationPaid HolidaysMon-FriBonuses401KJob Type: Full-timePay: $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Paid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:Bonus payEducation:Associate (Preferred)Experience:Email marketing: 2 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location |
