Reporting to the VP, Growth Marketing, this role will partner extensively with key stakeholders within the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success organizations to define and execute priority marketing strategies across segments.ResponsibilitiesOwn the calendar and drive execution of demand generation priorities, campaigns, and programs, and consistently communicate initiatives, progress, and results to the broader marketing team, sales teams, and company leadership.Own the ongoing execution and refinement of 1:many and 1:few campaigns with our agency partners, and contribute to strategy and execution of 1:1 motions.Partner closely with content marketing, events, marketing operations, and the broader marketing team to align and focus around high-impact demand creation.Lead the development of nurture, onboarding, upsell/cross sell, and advocacy campaigns. Support pilot and growth plans in new channels like display, direct response, sponsored content, video, and affiliate channels.Partner with Marketing Operations and other stakeholders to optimize our ABM technology stack, including Demandbase.Support the execution of regional-, segment-, and account-focused playbooks including, but not limited to, outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow up, nurture programs, live/virtual events, and advertising with the goal of building pipeline and accelerating bookings.Contribute meaningfully to campaign concepts, content and creative design, digital marketing support and message testing to ensure effectiveness for all campaigns.Carefully track and communicate demand generation projects, goals, and KPIs, and individual program and channel performance, ensuring learnings are consistently leveraged to inform strategy moving forward.Requirements5+ years of proven B2B marketing experience within enterprise software/SaaS, with at least 2 years of Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, and/or Account-Based Marketing experience.You are a proactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking. Proven ability to think strategically, but with exceptional attention to detail in execution.Positive, can-do attitude, with the ability to work with marketing and sales professionals, and ability to prioritize numerous projects simultaneously.Experience building and delivering marketing campaigns, events, executive and key account programs, and partner activity.Understanding of pipeline management and metrics.Demonstrated experience sourcing and overseeing vendors for marketing program execution.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills a must.
