Role Mission
The Digital Performance Analyst will focus on the coordination and execution of our performance marketing strategy across all channels. Additionally, they will assist with analytics to leverage insights and uncover opportunities.
This role will support the Digital Performance team in driving the achievement of business goals and digital business development for Gucci America. The day-to-day work will consist of collecting and analyzing data, supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns, and communicating with cross functional team members.
This position is well suited to a collaborative, innovative and analytical thinker with the organizational ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Key Accountabilities
Marketing Channel Execution
Responsible for tracking and monitoring marketing performance daily;
Assist with the updating product launch calendars to share with external agencies;
Create competitive analysis and share insights to track Gucci’s marketing progress across competitive set;
Generate and deliver marketing collateral to external agencies and affiliate partners to ensure consistent and on-brand marketing pushes;
Opportunity to participate in key brand activities, including ideation sessions, creative reviews, and brand strategy meetings.
Digital Analytics
Assist Digital Analytics manager with daily tracking of site performance and reporting on key KPIs;
Support team with creation of business performance recaps and presentations for internal meetings.
General Support
Support administrative execution for omnichannel programs including submitting and updating of internal invoice trackers, budget trackers updates, input forms etc., driving efficiencies where possible.
Key Requirements
2-3 years of experience in brand/retail marketing, media agency, or ecommerce;
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or similar;
Familiar with digital acquisition channels (e.g., search, affiliates, social, email) with desire for continued study as areas develop;
Strong analytical skills including evaluation of digital marketing channel reporting, customer segments, and analytics;
Ability to multitask and achieve deadlines in an efficient, timely, and accurate manner;
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required, with ability to quickly learn internal systems, site reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and processes;
Maintain an understanding of and passion for the luxury/retail landscape – both digital and brick & mortar.
