Job Description : | We are looking for an experienced Marketing Analyst interested in joining a dynamic marketing team where you will play a critical role in helping to drive the growth of the organization through effective and insightful marketing analysis and performance-enhancing, strategic recommendations.Job Summary:Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Marketing Analyst will be responsible for creating and analyzing marketing data sets to derive actionable insights and support strategic decision-making across multiple marketing channels and lines of business. The ideal candidate will minimally have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, or other business-related fields, possess excellent analytical and numerical skills, and be highly organized with great problem-solving skills.Main duties/Areas of ResponsibilityBenchmark, forecast, and use data to evaluate marketing performance and success across multiple channels and disciplines – digital marketing, product marketing, event marketing, content marketing, email marketing ….Conceptualize and build marketing dashboards and reporting to inform decision makingIdentify key trends within large data sets and present findings as actionable insights and recommendationsUnderstand and properly utilize the lead-funnel process across the customer buyer journeyTrack and measure analytics and established success metrics for the marketing team, and build reports that provide data and insights into decision making for all marketing effortsLeverage marketing, customer, and audience segmentation data to drive improved decision makingCreate and review trackable marketing efforts to tie back ROI as it relates to our KPI’sCollaborate on cross-functional projects, create ad hoc analyses, present findings and recommendations to senior leadershipPresent key findings of reports, including actionable insights for key stakeholders, and customer profiling data to feed into marketing strategiesTrack marketing budget expense, and report on month-end and quarterly expenses*Management/Softer Skills*Proactive and results oriented.Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.Able to hit the ground running.Able to engage and influence stakeholders.Strong analytical skills.Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into actionable plans.Astute business acumen.Entrepreneurial flair and strong cultural fit.Excellent understanding of business strategies.Comfortable with being ‘vocal’ and ‘challenging opinions’.Confidence and experience in presenting to senior management teams.Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.Ability to multi-task.Able to collaborate with internal coworkers and external customers.Team player who is motivational and has excellent communications skills.Ability to function independently with minimal supervision.Technical/Specific experienceTrack record of identifying growth opportunities for the business from data analysis.Experience of analyzing complex data and large data volumes.Knowledge and application of best practice customer insight principlesExperience in building dashboards and complex reports with Salesforce requiredExperience utilizing Salesforce Pardot and HubSpot requiredExperience of analytical tools; including Google Analytics and Tableau requiredSolid knowledge of Excel and data visualization toolsRequirements: At least 7 years’ experience in a data analytical role, preferably with a B2B SaaS company.Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Finance or other related field.MBA preferredEtqqRWHxlIJob Type: Full-time |
