Overview
The Marketing and Social Media Specialist will be responsible for creating compelling social media content and marketing & sales support to all of our 5 locations: Mayville, West Bend, Beaver Dam, New Berlin, and Fall River, and major divisions; Metalcraft of Mayville, Scag Power Equipment, Metalcraft Automation Group, and Versatran.
Responsibilities
Manage and develop content across the Metalcraft of Mayville family of brands on their respective social media platforms including but not limited to; Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok
Adapt to multiple brand voices and industries, both B2B and B2C
Create and manage social media ad campaigns
Measure, report and analyze performance on social media platforms
Maintain and update company app/intranet
Maintain and update corporate electronic announcement boards
Create and send out periodic internal and external e-newsletters
Other duties as assigned including but not limited to meeting planning, answering web inquiries, general clerical and administrative marketing duties
Qualifications

3+ years of experience in social media preferred
Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration preferred but not required
Ability to multitask and complete projects from start to finish in a timely manner
Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills
Ability to work within a team environment and ask questions when needed
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
