ROLE PURPOSE
The Digital-focused marketing specialist is responsible for supporting digital campaigns and lead generation for Glory. The purpose of this role is to help create multi-channel digital, automation tracks and nurture campaigns that generate top-of-funnel awareness, interest and net new lead generation. This role will be able to create, manage and measure the results of these campaigns in Glory’s digital marketing tools (primarily Eloqua).
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, coordinate, and execute digital marketing campaigns by providing content messaging, coordinating with team members, managing department deadlines, and communicating with key stakeholders
Create campaigns in Eloqua start-to-finish with attention to detail for data segmentation, email creation and metadata tagging, nurture track creation and automation flows. Working knowledge of html required.
Research, create and manage target campaign lists using internal tools – ZoomInfo, OSC and Eloqua; augmented data and purchased lists when available. Ensure data integrity and cleanliness.
Research, analyze and report on data-driven marketing efforts to show granularity on performance by segment, by list, by persona, by creative, by channel
Help develop specific Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaign frameworks to enable turn-key campaign execution
Assess performance metrics including project and campaign analytics, segment and persona performance, and overall return on investment for digital marketing and communications initiatives.
Perform writing, copywriting, editing, and proofing of campaign materials.
Maintain messaging and branding consistency across online platforms
Develop US / Canada social media cadence in coordination with central marketing team, managing and creating content that drives customer engagement on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
Education Level:
B.S. Marketing, Communications or a related field.
MBA or Masters in Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) a plus
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a business-to-business marketing role
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Eloqua and Oracle Sales Cloud Experience building campaigns and automation tracks
Project management and campaign management skills
Experience researching, creating and segmenting prospect lists
Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing programs that build an opportunity pipeline and drive sales
Strong experience creating and leading digital marketing programs.
Excellent writing skills
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Comfortable leading teams and filling gaps
Experience working with and managing agency partner relationships
Proficiency with Excel, Power Point, Word, Adobe, HTML, marketing automation, CMS tools and other digital platforms
