Marketing Coordinator
Remedy Recruiting is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to provide support to the Director of Marketing in this newly created role. In this position, your prior marketing experience as well as your exceptional communication skills and creativity, will be an integral part of supporting the broader team.
Responsibilities
Manage social media content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok, keeping up to date on the latest social media trends
Assist with building and maintaining monthly content calendars including writing social media posts, eblasts and creative concepts
Track, analyze and optimize marketing initiatives through Google Analytics, HubSpot CRM Platform, Facebook Analytics, etc.
Respond to all customer inquiries and comments received through social media channels
Coordinating efforts and monitoring the success of our Influencer campaigns
Assist with writing and conceptualizing marketing materials including but not limited to branding, promotional collateral, digital advertising, and web content
Work directly with external agencies including but not limited to creative/design, copywriting, media buying, influencer and video production, to provide requested documents and materials, submit briefs and necessary content, optimize campaigns, and keep deadlines on target
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications required
Minimum 3 years marketing experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong ability to collaborate and be a team player
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Working knowledge of Social Media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok
Working knowledge of HubSpot CRM Platform, including but not limited to eBlasts, workflows and reporting
Successful track record of prioritization, time management and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Quick to learn new technology and software through self-directed research and hands-on experimentation
CPG experience a plus, but not necessary
Willingness to work in the Orangeburg, NY office M-Fri
