Job Opening for Marketing Coordinator, NYC in Laderach USA (750 Lexington Avenue, New York, NY 10022)

Laderach N. America is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator who will assist our Director of Marketing in all marketing efforts across North America (US and Canada). This role reports into the Director of Marketing, is a full-time, in-office role based in Laderach N. America’s office in New York, NY. The ideal candidate would have proven experience in marketing initiatives within premium retail, ideally in luxury or fine food.

GENERAL DUTIES

Assist in the ongoing support and implementation of North America’s brand strategy
Manage, create, and publish original, high-quality content on company’s social media platforms
Support with the creation of traditional and digital marketing campaigns
Aid with event and media production, including, but not limited to, coordinating logistics with agencies, and taking photos
Work with designer and printing agencies for digital and print projects
Provide support to create, plan, implement and provide results for key marketing KPIs
Research retail landscape for trends and innovations in marketing, branding and activations innovation messaging and serve up emerging opportunities to drive future concepts and strategy
Ensure that all stores are abiding by the corporate marketing standards and practices
Cooperate with landlords/malls, associations such us embassies or local Swiss clubs and touristic organizations
Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success
Other marketing related duties as assigned by the Director of Marketing

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field (highly preferred)
At least 1 year of experience in premium retail, ideally in luxury or fine food (preferred)
Well versed in the usage of emerging and established social media and digital marketing platforms
Experience in being an independent marketer and developing a marketing team
Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing
Able to maintain the highest level of service and create solutions that drive business results
Experience with presentation/design software such as PowerPoint and Adobe Design Suite
Must be willing to work in a start-up like environment, physically involved and hands-on
Must be able to maintain a calm demeanor and manage issues professionally, even under tight deadlines
Must be able to travel for role related projects and events (10-15% travel)
