The Stow Company is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Marketing Operations Coordinator located in Holland, Michigan. We are the country’s premier source for custom closets and organizational solutions; designed, custom-cut, and shipped directly to our clients.
ABOUT THE POSITION
The Marketing Operations Coordinator is responsible for developing and supporting critical functional processes of Stow’s Marketing team. This role will ensure the successful, accurate and timely execution of customer-facing promotional campaigns and select departmental projects across The Stow Company’s portfolio of brands including EasyClosets, EasyGarage, Inspired Closets, and Gorgeous Garage. The most successful candidate must possess a relentless bias toward action, superior organization skills, and ability to connect and communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Direct-to-Consumer and Retail Promotions
Set promotion deployment plan alongside Content Marketing Specialist.
Build, segment, and send all DTC, and retail marketing emails.
Hold external agency partners accountable for timely delivery of promotion objectives.
Provide quarterly results reporting and increase performance for each promotional campaign by recommending improvements and testing strategies.
Sales Enablement
Act as day-to-day liaison for DTC Sales and Service teams. Create feedback loop between Sales and Marketing.
Work in tandem with Digital Marketing Strategist to manage internal community forum for sales team and facilitate bi-monthly trainings to sharpen DTC Sales and Service Team operational effectiveness.
Manage and update library of template and content resources available to DTC and Dealer sales and marketing teams.
Marketing Operations and Maintenance
Proactively seek out ways to refine and streamline core departmental processes.
Audit customer-facing materials and facilitate updates as a result of new product or business changes.
Manage email marketing templates, content blocks, and image assets in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Be gatekeeper of customer facing reviews on DTC websites.
Work with Content Marketing Specialist to collect and curate User Generated Content for DTC businesses.
Project Management
Act as marketing point person between digital development and marketing. Ensure marketing content deliverables are done accurately and on time.
Facilitate all internal and external tasks to execute against the promotional calendar for Direct to Consumer and Retail channels
Manage the tasks and timing for New Product Commercialization Plans. Communicate progress and risks to project sponsor.
Monitor inventory levels and facilitate print marketing needs and updates.
Web Production & Marketing Operations
Support Stow’s day-to-day content management efforts across over a dozen websites including sourcing and editing content, building new landing pages, deploying promotions, swapping out seasonal imagery, and launching new products.
Manage and implement change requests from national dealer partners to update content on local pages, following SEO best practices
Support departmental projects across all business lines as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field
One or more years of experience or relevant internship experience with digital marketing or project management.
Strong attention to detail
Effective written and verbal communicator with strong project management skills – must be deadline oriented.
Experience with marketing technology tools like Hubspot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, etc. preferred.
Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress preferred.
