Job Description : | Position SummaryThe Marketing Specialist will drive our 2022 strategy for our flagship products, Certified Payroll Reporting® and ACA Reporter, as it pertains to SEO strategy, Paid Advertising, Marketing Automation and Partner Marketing. The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the implementation of marketing automation, customer lifecycle campaigns, channel partner strategy and create inbound demand via SEO/PPC. This leader will drive overall strategy and best practices for program enhancements to maximize customer value and campaign results. The leader must have a passion for continually pushing the email and marketing automation program to the forefront in relation to competitive and industry standards.This leader facilitates the development of ROI/effectiveness and analysis to the Senior Director, and to the leadership team.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage effective SEO strategies designed to improve brand awareness and conversion output and improve natural search rankings.Prepares for product launches to channel partners.Provide oversight to our digital marketing agency and the paid media campaigns they administer.Monitors and maintains successful pay-per-click advertising campaign including keywords, bids, ad copy and landing pages.Conceptualizing and implementing marketing campaigns that move contacts through the funnel, including developing workflows, landing pages, and email nurture campaigns.Consistently maintain high-quality data between Active Campaign and Autotask (Marketing Automation system and CRM).Document processes and procedures for all marketing workflows within ActiveCampaign, acting as the primary “power user” to cross-train and support other marketing users on best-practices.Execute co-marketing plans and activities with the top partners to drive scaled acquisition of new users through partners and create sales pipeline through the partner.Education and ExperienceBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or a related field of study3+ years of marketing experienceRequired SkillsStrong analytical skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Understanding of Google analytics and the ability to set up tracking/reporting mechanisms to collect key data required.Understanding of PPC (pay-per-click) bidding strategies, campaign conversion and return on investment measurement required.Experience with ActiveCampaign and Autotask preferred or SharpSpring, Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot or a similar marketing automation tool acceptable.
