Job Description : | Industrial Clicks is a small, established ad agency with a reputation for maintaining high performance, non-automated PPC programs in the B2B & B2C space. Our clients are diverse, spanning construction, finance, education, high tech, and other industries. Our growth has been consistent over the past 5 years, and we’re seeking a PPC Specialist with experience across paid search, paid social, and display to join the team. This is a remote position adhering to an East Coast time schedule.We’re searching for a self-directed, data-driven, performance-oriented ads specialist who’s passionate about their work – no matter how large or small the client account. You’re a great fit if you’re hungry for perspective, anxious to grow professionally, and you appreciate meeting with clients (remotely) as it gives you the opportunity to pick their brains, understand their goals, and plan for success. This is not a head-down ad management role. You’ll be tasked with making sure each client feels like they are our number one priority, and that we are truly committed to their success. The ideal candidate is consistent and organized, an excellent note-taker, and lives by checklists and action steps.Additionally, you’re an excellent communicator and creative thinker, with the ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions. If this sounds like you, let’s chat!Qualifications ***Agency Experience Required***3+ years of recent hands-on work experience managing PPC advertising across multiple client accounts of varying sizes in a marketing/advertising agency environment.Hands-on, deep dive experience building and managing a variety of campaign types and objectives across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.Ability to fully understand and speak to KPI’s specific to each campaign type across all above platformsManagement style includes regular, consistent manual optimizations (vs using automated or heavily leaning on platform algorithms to optimize)Adept at blueprinting highly structured paid media programs from scratch, based on objectives.Ability to identify the number and focus of campaign(s), ad groups or ad sets, and the conversion metrics needed to support ROI within a given budget.Experience using paid media in support of measurable lead generation and customer acquisition effortsUnderstanding of landing page conversion tracking and optimization, including the use of dedicated landing pages within campaigns.Comfortable building, analyzing, and modifying reports using templates provided.Bonus points if you have experience with Unbounce, Swydo, CallRail, Asana, or PhotoshopBenefitsRemote workPaid Time OffHealth Insurance (competitive stipend)Job Type: Full-time, remoteJob Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 – $67,500.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payEducation:Associate (Preferred)Experience:Google Ads: 3 years (Required)Facebook Ads: 3 years (Required)Marketing Agency job: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: Remote |
