Our innovative and collaborative approach to construction gives our clients the services they need.We are currently looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This would be a part-time position. We need someone who is deadline driven to oversee projects and to act as a link between various team members. We value passionate, down to earth “can do” people who enjoy fine-tuning small details without losing sight of the big picture.What you will be doing: · Assist with creation, maintenance, and execution of marketing campaigns to build awareness and drive lead generation.· Create, curate, and manage all social media content across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) to increase brand recognition.· Provide timely responses to questions/comments/reviews on social media.· Work with internal resources and website developer to troubleshoot any issues.· Ensure website content is up to date.· Measure the success of social media campaigns using analytics.· Work with HR Manager and Business Development Director to develop, implement and manage our social media strategy within a content calendar.· Assist in creation of presentations, marketing materials, etc.What we’re looking for: · High school diploma or equivalent; Currently enrolled in marketing, communications, or another business-related field.· Experience in creating graphics, presentations, and social media content.· Background in Canva and photoshop.· Strong organization and time management skills.· Cooperative work style that functions well in team settings but is also self-sufficient with individual projects.· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based programs.Job Type: Part-timePay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible scheduleFlexible spending accountHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Associate (Preferred)Experience:Marketing: 2 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location |
