This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of all digital marketing at Forter. The perfect candidate is enthusiastic and entrepreneurial, with an affinity for measurable outcomes. Your work will be an instrumental component of our unique and progressive go-to-market strategy, where success is measured by pipeline and revenue influence, not leads. You will support the Director of Demand Generation, and will be responsible for the research, campaign build-out, analysis, and optimization of Forter’s digital campaigns.What you’ll be doing: Oversee the relationship with our paid media agency and work hand-in-hand to plan, test, implement and measure multi-channel media campaigns to drive inbound demand across several media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google AdsCreate and oversee the strategy and execution of our SEO initiativesBuild and implement an email marketing programDefine the strategy for web chat to give prospects flexibility on how they prefer to engage with usOversee the paid media budget and assure our spend is in line with quarterly targets and optimized against revenueAssure that our content is seen by the right audience by working with 3rd party syndication vendorsBuild landing pages optimized to convert for digital programsData Analysis and Reporting: Analyze performance data of all digital programs and report on performance against key KPI’s like pipeline influenceWork with field, regional, events, campaigns, and partner marketing teams to promote and leverage key events and promote our global webinar programTighten the connections in our marketing tech stack which currently includes 6Sense, Metadata.io, Drift, Hubspot, and moreFocus all of our efforts and decisions on pipeline influence and account-level engagement. We will NOT focus on leads and MQLs; we care about reaching the right audience—quality over quantityRapidly iterate on your strategy based on findingsWhat you’ll need: 5-8 years of experience in B2B digital marketingFamiliarity with SEO, SEM, paid social, digital marketing agency management, marketing operations, email marketing, software review sites, website optimization, performance reporting, and budget managementDemonstrated experience building & optimizing paid media campaigns, preferably in a B2B SaaS/Tech environmentExperience with advertising on AdWords, Facebook, and LinkedInDemonstrated ability to track campaign performance across multiple channelsStrong analytical skills, and a proven track record of making data-driven decisions to continually optimize performance and determine future investmentsAbility to identify trends and insights through data analysisAdept at juggling many projects at once, while never losing sight of goalsAbility to resolve and/or escalate issues in a proactive manner, in order to adhere to campaign delivery goalsTeam player attitude, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skillsEmpathy – for our team, our partners, our clients, and their customersHighly enthusiastic and motivated mindsetAbility to travel (when it is safe to do so)Benefits:Competitive salaryUp to 100% coverage for health insurance, including vision and dentalStock optionsGenerous parental leaveMatching 401K planHalf-day FridaysFlexible PTO policyHome office allowanceAt Forter, we believe unique people create unique ideas, and valuable experience comes in many forms.
