We are hiring a Sr. Manager/Associate Director, Marketing Communication -Life Sciences. The Senior Manager/Associate Director, Marketing Communications, Life Sciences will provide strategic oversight for communication strategies and multichannel campaigns that increase awareness and generate leads for product portfolios within the Life Science business unit. The Associate Director will manage a team to execute marketing communications activities, including generation of product collateral, social media and digital marketing, online and print advertising, lead generation, graphic design, website design, and tradeshow management.

Responsibilities:
Direct responsibility for the Fujifilm Life Sciences Marketing Communications team, including copywriters, graphic designers, project managers, content managers, and social media managers.
Develop and execute the annual marketing communications plan to promote and enhance the company brand image
Create new and innovative processes to improve product brand messaging, marketing communications operational efficiencies, and social media outreach
Develop strategic marketing communication plans in collaboration with product marketing teams which promote and enhance the company brand image
Develop digital and social media strategies and tactics to increase customer engagement and website traffic, and measure success through analytics tools
Create content marketing strategies which promote the company as an industry leader
Direct the team to execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with Marketing and R&D teams to produce sales tools and collateral, including advertising, website, social media, press releases, video tradeshows, white papers, direct mail, etc.
Continually measure and evaluate processes and strategies to improve the performance programs and tools
Responsible for building and managing relationships third-party vendors such as advertising outlets, conference vendors and others; including contract management
Oversee company commercial events which includes planning, tradeshow properties control, graphics, transportation, and set-up
Review and copyedit written communications to ensure accuracy and adherence to corporate branding guidelines
Establish budgets and performance metrics for marketing communications activitie
Experience/ Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Life Sciences or similar field of study. Masters in Business Administration preferred
5-10 years of experience in marketing communications or related field
At least 2 years of experience supervising or managing marketing communications teams
Experience in biotechnology, medical devices or life sciences space required
Comprehensive knowledge of digital and social media platforms, including SEO and Google Analytics and Marketing Automation (Hubspot/Marketo)
Ability to influence without authority across multiple functional and regional groups
Experience working across multiple levels, functions and regions
Ability to clearly communicate complex information and an easy-to-understand manner
Experience in B2B technology companies strongly preferred
Comprehensive and profound writing communication skills that convey key messages and actions in a concise and user-friendly style
Strong stakeholder management and confidence working with key stakeholders from both technical and marketing backgrounds
Strong time-management, organization, and prioritization skills
A talent for creativity and critical thinking
Proficient with MS Office applications Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Proficient with Adobe Creative applications InDesign and Photoshop
