Job Description : | The Senior Manager of Mobile & Digital Products is a key leader of the team that is responsible for constantly improving the digital space for Cardinal Health. This role will work with key partners to define the customer experience end-to-end and eCommerce and Digital Marketing roadmap for multiple digital products within Cardinal Health, with primary focus around mobile B2B eCommerce. They work cross-functionally (with business owners, UX, search, marketing, operations, IT, etc.) to set a compelling vision, creatively leverage all available internal resources, be a liaison with outside agencies where needed, and ensure execution achieves KPIs. They are also responsible for owning the roadmap, making appropriate digital product tradeoffs, and measuring success of initiatives. This person has responsibility for management of a team professional product managers, product owners and specialists that own the roadmap, features, design, quality, and security of the products within their purview. In addition, the Senior Manager provides oversight, reporting, and continuous improvement of the product team resources and ensures alignment with departmental long-term goals. Responsibilities: Responsible for managing a team of product professionals that can bring the long-term strategic vision to life for Cardinal Health on digital channels Strategic focus on mobile B2B eCommerce products and solutions to build and grow a mobile center of excellence, collaborating and advising across the enterprise on all ongoing and potential mobile initiatives Grow and lead a team to execute the digital strategy to create customer-centric experiences that have a direct impact on conversion and sales Synthesize competing priorities to help drive solutions that enable a great customer experience while driving the business Understand and incorporate business strategies and work with internal partners on creating digital experiences that bring those strategies to life Anticipate changes in priority and product strategy, and refine goals based on team and client feedback as well as industry and market trends Lead projects in a high-performing team environment and effectively coordinate efforts across internal and external organizations, including a proven ability to effectively manage virtual cross-functional teams to achieve key deliverables Must be a holistic thinker who can establish and drive end-to-end strategies and initiatives encompassing multiple functions, and inspire a team to do the same Ability to negotiate and partner creatively with both internal and external partners, UX/UI, research, development, and other IT partners demonstrating a positive attitude combined with a “win-win” approach Analyze metrics and optimize online experience based on customer data Report on key business KPIs while possessing the analytics acumen to turn these numbers into insights that drive business priorities, project initiatives and results Delivery of game-changing results over time Experience negotiating, selecting, and managing relationships with agencies and vendors Deliver recurring reviews of product roadmap and team performance to management and executive leadership Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, MBA preferred 6+ years of experience in an eCommerce Product Management role Deep experience with product development and strategy on both iOS and Android platforms Well-versed with Agile Methodology Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across organization functions and levels and to write and prepare executive-level business correspondence. Extreme attention-to-detail and ability to manage multiple projects & tasks simultaneously Ability to collaborate in a team environment is critical, including ability to lead through influence Ability to execute in close partnership with manager and under tight deadlines Strong reasoning skills and an aptitude for problem-solving Proven ability to interact and collaborate across multiple disciplines to accomplish a common goal Ability to drive teams to solutions on production/project issues, including internal customers and external vendors Passionate, inspired leadership Energetic partnering and relationship development across the company at peer and leadership levels Bonus points for digital transformation experience Advanced Degree in related field preferred A Covid-19 vaccination or a legitimate accommodation is required in order to be employed in this position.
