Job Description :	Collective Measures is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support its performance media, search engine optimization, social media, content marketing and analytics teams. As an Associate Project Manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline. _JOB DUTIES: Partner with team members to help execute multiple client projects in a variety of stages with a strong focus on timely execution and overall work quality; Aid employees with the time tracking system and staff resource allocation system; Work with all aspects of projects from start to completion as well as occasionally needing to jump in mid-project; Assist client teams with allocation of time and resources for client projects, with assistance as needed; Manage internal status meetings; Maintain processes to optimize workflow and ensure timely delivery of projects to clients and internal teams; Assist in maintaining profitability of projects based on timelines and budgeted hours; Connect with team management on staff utilization and account assignments, escalating issues as needed and in a timely manner. _EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: 1 year of experience in digital marketing, and/or internships/college experience equivalent; Baseline knowledge of search engine optimization, social media, paid media, analytics and measurement tactics so as to be able to work with teams to complete projects; Ability to communicate effectively, both in written and oral formats; Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; Ability to take initiative as needed to complete assignments; Ability to work collaboratively to complete projects; Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & G Suite _PHYSICAL/COGNITIVE REQUIREMENTS: (without accommodation or with reasonable accommodation) Must be able to speak, write and read English proficiently; Must be able to sit for extended periods of time. _ ABOUT COLLECTIVE MEASURES We are 100% employee-owned, so we have good reason to create a place people want to work.
