The Client Engagement Representative is responsible for serving as a digital marketer through social media interface, provide a high level of customer service to increase image and culture of Hugg & Hall as well as manage all telecommunication systems.

Qualifications:
Market Hugg & Hall through Social Media and Company Website
Find Content That Helps Tell the Hugg & Hall Story
Discern what is relevant and appropriate for publishing
Listen to office activity for possible content
Identify positive customer success stories
Identify common customer problems that have to be solved
Identify community events and activities where the Hugg & Hall story will resonate
Support integration of social media with traditional media
Retell stories and share/post across Hugg & Hall website and syndicate through multiple social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
Design online strategy for meeting goals such as higher traffic/ customer acquisition/revenue generation/ etc.
Stay up to date with new tools in the industry in all domains (advertising/SEO/ email marketing/ etc.).
Measure Digital Marketing Analytics
Access data/reports/ metrics to determine overall effectiveness
Adjust content strategy / activity as needed based on effectiveness
Monitor key words and Search Engine Optimization
Manage Hugg & Hall Website
Edit website as needed by using WordPress
Monitor information listed on pages and edit them as needed
Track visitors and traffic to website through Google Analytics
Effectively Answer Telephone Calls
Greet visitors on telephone
Answer or refer any inquiries
Maintain employee and department listings
Direct telephone calls to appropriate department / employee
Direct caller to another person or voice mail when necessary
Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
Become familiar with Hugg & Hall internal departments and products
Manage Telecommunication System
Following manufacturer’s instructions for switchboard use
Notify appropriate persons when encountering a problem with phone system
Assuring that switchboard is covered when necessary
Facilitate Intra-office Communication
Prepare memos, hand-outs, phone listings, schedules, etc.

Physical Demands/Environmental Conditions
This position is in an indoor office environment with a controlled climate.
This position requires sitting at a computer desk for long periods of time with constant use of a computer keyboard.
This position will continuously talk, hear, and read in verbal and written communication.
This position will continuously use hands to type.
