We are looking for a driven and experienced Manager of Content Marketing to lead the content strategy across Cytel, delivering impactful, on-brand messaging to a wide variety of audiences across multiple channels and platforms.
Your contributions will include:
Content Creation
Write high-quality, high-volume B2B content that builds awareness and engagement, across product and services life-cycles.
Create concise but compelling short-form content for emails, brochures, social copy and other market communications essential.
Edit lifesciences marketing materials including presentations, data sheets, etc.
Quickly adapt evolving product and services messaging into content development while maintaining overall brand voice.
Help maintain verbal identity before business units – be the “voice of Cytel” on projects representing the marketing team; and ensure all written content is on brand.
In collaboration with the creative and product teams, support sales enablement
In collaboration with product and services teams, quickly learn about innovations in software and consulting services.
Support content-mining activities such as creation of briefs based on SME-interviews
Act as knowledge management liason between content, strategic/product marketing, and sales.
What we need from you:
BA/BS in natural sciences, math/statistics or economics
5+ years of experience in editorial, writing, and copy-editing responsibilities
Experience with B2B marketing in life sciences
Industry and domain expertise in in clinical trials, biostatistics, HTA(Health Technology Assessment) or Real World Evidence highly desirable
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Experience producing content for digital channels (text, design, video, etc.) and media (blogs, guides, whitepapers, research, infographics, etc.)
Ability and openness to work cooperatively in a team environment and communicate throughout the organization within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Experience working with geographically dispersed teams.
Curiosity and a drive for constant learning along with abilities as a natural storyteller, able to transform complex concepts into compelling, plain-English, and on-brand stories that pique audiences’ interest, provide value, and win trust
