Please note that this is a 3 month contract assignment.
The Contract- Senior Digital Marketing Manager will manage West Cary Group’s strategy and is accountable for marketing campaigns that promote the agency’s and our clients’ brands, products and services. This includes recommending the tools, skills and talent needed to be effective in addition to planning campaigns, building dashboards, analyzing metrics and identifying opportunities.
Role Qualifications:Must stay informed of new technologies, laws, and tools in the marketing space.Must monitor and evaluate online media campaigns to keep them fresh and effective across all platformsMust use advanced analytics to measure, understand and optimize the success of marketing campaignsMust lead marketing campaigns from strategic planning and ideation through to execution and implementationMust collaborate with finance and account managers to set and remain within budgetary guidelinesHighly creative, with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Position Responsibilities:Lead our strategy, service and planning for the Digital Marketing spaceAccountable for the planning and execution of all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and programmatic and database marketing advertising campaignsMeasure, track and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and budget to ensure complianceUtilize web diagnostic data to help develop landing pages and optimize user experience.Develop segmentation recommendations based on an understanding of goals, target audiences and various channel targeting capabilitiesBrainstorm new and creative growth strategiesPlan, execute and measure experiments and conversion testsDrive internal team collaboration to create landing pages and optimize user experienceEvaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points to make recommendations on landing page design and/or adjustmentsIdentify conversion points and optimize user funnelsCollaborate with clients and other partnersLead the evaluation of emerging technologies and provide thought leadership, perspective and recommendations for adoption where appropriateDrive the onboarding and training process for new Digital Marketing team membersLead the training and development of analysts and direct reportsOther duties as assigned
. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; HS diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of 4 years’ working experience in digital marketingAt least 1 year experience managing direct reports Demonstrable skills in leading and managing marketing campaigns in a variety of channels, such as SEO/SEM, email, social media, database marketing, and/or programmatic advertising campaignsMinimum of 3 years’ experience with Google Analytics or equivalent web analytics softwareMinimum of 3 years’ experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads and Facebook campaigns and commensurate certificationsUp to date with latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurementStrong analytical skills and data-driven thinkingExperience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels a plusExperience with A/B and multivariate experiments a plusWorking knowledge of ad serving tools a plusWorking knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript development and constraints a plus |
