| Job Description : | Digital Advertising CoordinatorThe Phoenix New Times is seeking smart, driven, highly ambitious Digital Advertising Coordinator with a desire to succeed and grow with us to assist with Sales Support & Core Web Support.Job duties include but are not limited to:Sales Support:Help with Ad Design & Specs for various media assetsCreate Programmatic RFPs, utilizing DIY RFP software or AdCellerant PortalAssist with all Salesforce Efforts as neededProduce recaps to showcase campaign delivery and performance, and next step recommendationsDraft Campaign Proposals, selecting the correct elements for best presentation to the client.Create campaign Gannts, IOs, & Spec/Deadline DocumentationContest Awarding & FulfilmentAssist Sellers & Managers with all items needed as requestedCore Web Support:Intake, setup, and QA of Core Web (email, banners, reskin, stickies, native, social display banners, etc) campaignsWeekly IO/DigOps Audits to verify all booked campaigns are loaded per the IOManage reps to ensure we are meeting Dig Ops deadlines for Campaign AssetsSend weekly reminders to reps for core web items dueAssist when needed with the creation of core web creative/copyProduce Web Availability Documentation on Mondays for the GSMMaintain Core Web inventory trackers (recap, reskin, sticky, newsletter), keeping data up-to- date and utilizing color coding system for assets deliveredMonthly Update of Web & Email Stats DocumentationTake & Archive daily screenshots of live core web campaigns for PoP and to ensure live campaigns match what’s booked in the trackersWork closely with Business on billing reconciliation, should campaign run dates changeCompetencies:Proficient with Google Suite: Slides, Sheets, DocsDetail oriented, incredibly organized, with a positive ‘Can Do!’ AttitudeExcellent written & verbal communication skillsDisciplined work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamA good eye for layout and graphic design to facilitate effective and appealing advertising1 – 2 year digital advertising experience preferredThe Phoenix New Times is growing exponentially as a leading provider of multi-media marketing in partnership with V Digital Services, one of the fastest-rising digital marketing agencies in the country.We offer a base salary of $40K-$45K DOE, and career growth opportunities in a fun, fast paced work environment.
