| Job Description : | BASIC FUNCTION: SouthEast Bank is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Farragut, Tennessee. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to and build upon ongoing digital marketing and advertising initiatives for the SouthEast Bank family of companies. The primary purpose of this position is to provide support to the marketing team to better optimize lead channels through increasing the frequency of testing new strategies, developing new lead funnels, and expanding the companys digital footprint through email marketing, SEO, digital advertising, PR outreach, and coordination with company partners to utilize their respective audiences. This position will involve both contributing to strategy development as well as carrying out the execution of strategy set forth by leadership. The ideal candidate would have strong writing and communication skills, the ability to understand our products and services and how they can be marketed, an understanding of the various digital marketing mediums and how they work together, and the flexibility of fulfilling both quantitative tasks and developing qualitative/conceptual plans. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Develop and execute email marketing calendars based on direction from supervisors while contributing to email content and segmentation strategy with the goal of increasing list engagement and driving conversions Assist in managing website content, such as developing new pages, posting new blogs, and implementing blog revisions based on guidance from the team with the goals of driving website traffic, optimizing pages for conversion, and maintaining accurate information on websites Assist in managing digital advertising campaigns through Facebook/Instagram, Google Search and Display, YouTube, and other digital mediums to meet a variety of goals, including but not limited to attracting new customers Coordinate with business development team to identify opportunities to collaborate with extensive list of affiliate partners to increase brand exposure to key markets Coordinate with on-staff graphic designer to create marketing collateral for emails, social media, and digital advertising Contribute ideas for new digital marketing opportunities in strategy meetings Develop campaign reports that reflect the impact of campaigns and provide progress reports on new projects SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND TRAINING: Familiarity with CMS management Familiarity with CRM management and email marketing Basic HTML editing skills Search Engine Optimization knowledge Strong copywriting skills Understanding of key digital marketing metrics and terminology Basic understanding of key digital advertising mediums (paid social, Google Ads) Interpersonal skills and ability to uphold the banks reputation Interest in learning about the banks products and services, policies, and regulations Ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently Ability to communicate clearly, present ideas, and report on results efficiently Willingness to perform outreach in the form of emails and phone calls Strong attention to detail Strong time-management skills Willingness to collaborate with team members and accept feedback WORKING CONDITIONS: Sitting for long periods of time; approximately 8 hours a day with the ability to move around a little. Lift 10-20lbs periodically. Occasionally asked to work evenings and/or weekends.
