Job Description : | Digital Marketing ManagerSummary / Job DescriptionThe Digital Marketing Manager position is an active member of the company’s management team. As such this position is expected to fulfill a number of key duties / strategies with the goal of advancing the company’s competitive position in the market. We are looking for an energetic, dynamic, flexible, positive and smart team player. Someone who will go the extra mile to accomplish goals and develop strategies to research and put up a fair marketing fight against our competitors. As a key member of the team this position meets regularly with the President, VP and the General Manager of the company to strategize, develop and deploy critical marketing campaigns. The candidate must have the capacity to use data from different sources to develop, justify, evaluate and manage proposed and active campaigns. Candidate must have a working understanding of financial documents and the ability to use them as additional data to scrutinize development and management of future campaigns. Specific job functions, requirements and responsibilities are listed below.Essential Job Functions-Experience managing an e-commerce store.-Experience with analytical and reporting tools such as Google Analytics.-Deep knowledge of digital marketing across social, display, and programmatic platforms.-Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.-Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.-Strong communication and presentation skills.-Ability to make data-driven decisions.Responsibilities-Analyze industry trends and demand for products and services then create a strategy to market the product or service.-Administering and supervising web merchandising.-The Digital Marketing Manager will keep abreast of new developments in the e-marketing world.
