Job Description :	Senior Living Hiring is seeking an individual who is capable of producing high-quality work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The Digital Marketing Strategist will develop and execute strategic, progressive initiatives to support organizational goals, which may include: Developing and executing paid ad campaigns on various digital advertising platforms including GoogleAds and Facebook Ads Manager. Analyzing and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple channels to ensure client goals are met. Assisting with creation and monitoring of ORM via Facebook and Google profiles, reviews, chats and comments. Working alongside web team to implement infrastructure to support data collection and reporting in order to assess consumer trends, engagement and opportunities for growth. Collaborate and assist web team with enhancements for SEO, SEM, web content, design, functionality, KPI’s and analytics that will tie back to digital performance. Generating and interpreting comprehensive data reports that track digital campaign performance. Working with web team to troubleshoot data and source integration issues across any digital channels Supporting other members of the digital team as needed on projects The ideal Digital Marketing Strategist will have a proactive work ethic, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle new tasks no matter how big or small. We are looking for someone with the following qualities: Proficiency working in a Digital Marketing role, preferably within the healthcare field or an advertising agency Experience working in advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads Basic proficiency with data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio Has a strong desire to build and master technical, data, and performance elements of digital platforms Has exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills Works well in a collaborative setting, yet is able to lead projects independently Is able to problem-solve but is not afraid of asking questions Position Details This will be a full-time, exempt position.:
