Posting Notes: Framingham || MA Digital Merchandising & Operations Specialist TJX Digital is the newest division of The TJX Companies, Inc. and is responsible for bringing transformative digital innovation to all of TJX and our U.S. ecommerce businesses. As the Digital Merchandising & Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development and execution of the on-site customer experience. The Digital Merchandising & Operations Specialist will support customer-centric merchandising strategies and digital marketing initiatives to drive and increase overall sales, including collaborating with Marketing, Creative, Analytics and Product Teams to optimize conversion and customer engagement on our websites. A results driven mindset and experience with analytics is a must in this role. Responsibilities: Combine an understanding of what drives e-commerce sales and a passion for off-price retail to drive strategies that improve the on-site customer experience. Regularly analyze site metrics and related data to identify opportunities to improve customer experience across the various sites and product categories – you’ll serve as the go-to person for insight on site health and performance. Oversee category navigation and on-site search strategies based on product availability, marketing support, product/consumer trends, and analytics, monitoring daily to optimize experience across platforms. Manage on-site content and creative needs from strategy to implementation, partnering with Planning & Marketing teams to ensure alignment on future initiatives and past performance. Develop and support on-site testing initiatives and provide recommendations on feature and functionality improvements to enhance customer experience, measuring impact and performance through analytics and various data points. Perform daily and weekly maintenance and merchandising updates on-site to ensure accuracy and consistency, with an understanding of its impact on the overall customer experience. Provide regular competitive analysis. The Skills that will Make You Successful 2 years related experience and a completed Bachelor’s degree Prior experience with content management, digital merchandising and ability to conduct analysis on product trends and availability Strong interest in analytics and experience driving the business through customer behavior analysis Experience within multi-channel retailers preferred, e-commerce especially Strong partner and relationship builder… you will regularly partner cross-functionality, and will need to influence and drive results from a distance Strong presentation and written communication skills Ability to prioritize and multi-task with a strong attention to detail and process Agile and innovative thinker Passion to improve customer experience and brand equity online Familiarity with web analytics and a/b testing a plus Come Discover Different at TJX.
