The role is critical to PartsSource growth and takes end to end responsibility for driving the development and execution of the eCommerce plan: e-commerce strategy, insights, day to day execution, partnership with internal and external partners, and driving growth.The leader of this area has an in-depth understanding of challenger and disruptive B2C and DTC brands. They have ideally also worked on e-commerce for businesses that are B2C.They possess strong rapport-building skills to ensure they manage partners and internal stakeholders to achieve projected outcomes. Through decision-making is supported with a data-driven acumen. They can identify developing trends with key segments and other successful markets that inform the evolution of the PartsSource brand.This person enjoys partnering with key leaders across the Company in the areas of revenue, brand marketing, technology, and portfolio, and strives to deliver a market-leading position in sales and customer satisfaction via our digital platform.At a personal level, this individual is a strategic builder, has a natural curiosity, a desire to innovate and solve problems, the ability to see the full potential in their team, and the tenacity to set a clear path and deliver to that plan.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Oversee marketing for PartsSource.com e-commerce growth channels and touchpointsManage the eCommerce marketing budget, including performance reporting & forecastingDesign & execute acquisition marketing & paid media strategies, custom audience segmentation, and retention tactics to fuel growth and efficiencyExecute digital activation strategies for all priority eCommerce customersProvide strategic leadership and growth strategies for sales and revenue performance on PartsSource and the PS appEvaluate incremental opportunities via new digital channels and work internally to develop ROAS impact modelsLead marketing demand generation to develop impactful eCommerce campaigns, as well as merchandising across product, service, and other relevant categoriesLead strategic development and roll-out of a customer upsellWork with key internal partners to monitor platform performance and plan improvementsEstablish consistent reporting for digital commerce (sales and forecasting)Cultivate strong and transparent working relationships across the organization, ensuring open communication about the measurement and performance against state milestones and goalsAssist in prioritization for eCommerce tech development in conjunction with Product and ITREQUIREMENTS:5-7 years managing eCommerce within a B2B2C or B2C marketplace companySelf-starter with the ability to lead and influence co-workers across other functions; proactive and adept at building strong working relationshipsExcellent at project management, data-driven decision making, reporting, and analyticsDeep experience with eCommerce growth marketing; retail marketing; Media & CRMCreative thinker that can generate innovative marketing ideasAble to thrive in a rapidly growing fast-paced environmentJob Type: Full-time |
