Job Description : | JOB DESCRIPTION Reporting to the General Manager, this role will lead the development and execution of our integrated marketing plans and initiatives, driving brand awareness and consumer acquisition and launching campaigns across all channels, for both B2C and B2B. The ideal candidate comes to us with a deep knowledge of brand building in both large and small organizations and has experience growing brands and developing the customer journey at each step of the funnel. This candidate will own the lead count across all channels for both B2C and B2B. Responsibilities: Create programs that support revenue and growth goals by driving brand awareness and customer engagement Set and manage marketing budget Understand market conditions both at a macro and micro level to identify threats and opportunities ? Manage relationships with outside vendors Own all cross-functional campaign execution and ensure that all campaign elements contribute to achieving target KPIs Own the marketing calendar and related planning and processes as related to all campaigns Own the voice of the customer, lead capture websites, lead count, phone numbers, etc. Drive strategy and execution of marketing campaigns across email, SMS, organic social, PR, and the holistic onsite experience Build out story narratives for each marketing campaign ? Work closely with the Sales teams to ensure that through the CRM each campaign is being fully supported across all channels, and is being properly targeted/segmented to ensure goals are achieved Proactively brainstorm creative marketing ideas on engaging content that can be leveraged across various marketing channels for the B2C and B2B2C channels Build consistent key messaging that can be used across both B2B and B2C channels. Build out the infrastructure needed to drive communication, collaboration, and productivity across the marketing team and key cross-functional partners. Develop marketing collateral/assets in line with brand identity, tested and optimized to drive top engagement metrics; results will be measured through client engagement Qualifications/Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field ? 5+ years minimum in a similar role; Communication across teams is key (team player) ? Proven track record of managing brand and marketing efforts and achieving results Demonstrate our core values: contributor, customer-centric, growth mindset, grit Digital marketing experience including brand marketing, email marketing, social media management Experience managing creative teams—firsthand experience writing briefs, drafting copy, weighing in on creativity, and being accountable for the performance of the creative Analytical, obsessive about connecting with the customers, and constantly looking for ways to optimize campaigns; Fast paced environment experience is preferred Love to test/iterate on new ad creative, copy/think creatively about ways to scale |
