You will work closely with content, sales as well as customer success teams. We are looking for someone with strong expertise in field marketing in a B2B SaaS world.ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL: In-house organized webinars & eventsDevelop, plan and execute well-defined webinar/podcast programs with the key focus to position Talon.One as a thought leader in the promotions spaceWork closely with the marketing team to develop impactful promotional assets optimized for driving registration and attendance, including event descriptions, landing pages, email, social media posts, and digital ad promotionsManage and closely track budgets, coordinate contracts with legal and invoicing with financeOwn post-event reporting across key KPIs (registration, attendance, leads, pipeline, etc.)External, in-person eventsIdentify key events in different regions and markets globallyNegotiate sponsorship agreementsConceptualize planning and execution of Talon.One’s participation in external events, e.g. trade shows, conferences, sponsored dinner eventsOwn event programs from ideation to execution: contract negotiation, content and speaker coordination, account planning, lead follow up, email campaigns, logistics, cost management, etc.Work with marketing, sales and customer success teams to meet the objectives based on lead generation and customer retentionWHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE: Well-founded, hands-on experience in webinar and event management (from ideation to execution)Comfortable managing and tracking budgets, legal contracts and following health and safety guidelinesPrevious experience in B2B tech environmentSavvy in digital marketing, marketing technology, and experience with webinar and event coordination platforms (e.g. riverside.fm, Zoom, BigMarker, GoToWebinar, HeySummit, Hopin)Team player with a self-starter mentality – ability to take initiativeCreative, innovative and detail oriented – always looking to improve and add valueExcellent communication skills to work with cross-functional team members to ensure business successComfortable problem solving, keeping cool under pressure, and working with tight deadlinesHands-on experience with large scale in person events (conferences, trade shows)Merchandise/SWAG coordination experience is a plusComfortable coordinating event content and briefing speakersExperience with Google Workspace, Asana, SalesforceWHAT WE WILL BRING TO THE TABLE: Unlimited contractsEnglish is our working language and we come from every corner of the world, you will love working in a diverse, cross-cultural team (get ready to taste delicious food from different parts of the world!)In-house German language coursesDiscounted Urban Sports Club membership and BVG ticketReady for a vacation? 30 paid vacation days.
