Junior Marketing Associate directly reports the Marketing Manager. This position focuses on building brand awareness and executing marketing strategies through content creation. Our ideal candidate has a proven track record of successfully generating written and visual content, developing digital marketing campaigns, and assisting in the management of the company’s overall image to the public. This candidate is passionate about marketing and comfortable with both content composition as well as day-to-day marketing activities.Primary Job FunctionsGeneral Digital MarketingProactively monitors and analyzes the latest trends in social marketing including advertising formats, channels, and technologies to improve campaign performance; provide recommendations on how we can best leverage new tools and services; and adapt accordingly.Copywriting support for web, digital, print, and social media outlets.Generate written content posts for Google My Business and Website Blog, weekly, to optimize our Google SEO presence.Create, edit, and publish engaging content daily, (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news) that personifies the brand in a way that is engaging and meaningful across various social channels (Including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Twitter).Conduct industry research for new content topics and articles.Coordinate the social media and Google My Business content calendar and strategies.Promote new and regular services, upcoming events, and company values/practices with high quality posts.Maintain consistent company presence across all platforms.Visual content for digital platformsSecure unique photography and video footage to create content that tells a story or moves people to action, and creates behavioral change, or to expand the viewpoints of the potential customer. (Including, but not limited to Reels, GIFs, IG Stories, and YouTube videos)Generate original images to post on Google My Business/Blog, weeklyTravel between locations on a weekly basis to take photos and videos.Assist in other marketing initiativesSupport Marketing Manager with executing brand marketing initiatives.Respond to direct messages, comments, posts, and reviews on media platforms in a timely fashion.Pull, export, and organize data for further analysis and reporting.Assists with any relevant branding events, including (but not limited to) interacting with target audiences as well as helping with setup and take down of on-site materials.Use our email marketing platform and loyalty/referral program to segment and update contact lists; generate reports, and set-up email automation campaigns for new and existing customers.Perform miscellaneous marketing related duties as assigned for continuous improvement of branding initiatives as well as marketing strategies and implementation.SKILLS: Outstanding foundation in writing and generating content.Ability to think and process information critically and translate that into effective writing.Well-versed in various social media platforms (Including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, etc.)Experience with management of professional social media accounts.Knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing and email marketing, along with social media campaign management, execution, and reporting.Familiarity with Google My Business, Google Analytics and SEO is preferred.Interest and/or experience in the automotive industry is ideal.Basic graphic design experience is a plus.
