| Job Description : | Description Responsible for develop and executing the content strategy for UH Marketing. Owns key performance indicators related to content development and is accountable for contributing to patient and revenue growth. Leads the development of content for use by UH marketing team in both online and offline mediums that informs, engages and attracts patients to University Hospitals. Mentors, leads and sets the priority for the content team resulting in the growth of web traffic, increasing conversions, increasing patient appointments and generating content that enhances our overall brand. Leads the collaboration with clinical and service line teams to develop the content strategy that best aligns with the needs of the patient and the overall growth strategy. Takes complex clinical and treatment topics and translates them so they are easy to understand by consumers. Applies special expertise in analytics and search engine optimization (SEO) to better align content to targeted audiences and search engines. Essential Duties Leads the development of robust and compelling content to achieve three key outcomes: Grows web traffic to UHhospitals.org by applying search engine optimization (SEO) strategies Improves conversion resulting in an increase in appointments Enhances overall brand of UH with patients through credible and easy to understand content Uses analytics and consumer research to prioritize content development efforts. Responsible for search engine marketing strategies (SEM) to optimize ad copy and landing pages to increase conversions. Leads a team that develops and produces compelling content for all marketing assets in our brand voice and aligned with our communication pillars Responsible for developing content of Healthy@UH blog, newsletter and podcast as well as growing those communication vehicles.
