Smile Design Dentistry is currently looking for a Marketing Analyst :to join our team in Downtown Tampa. As the Marketing Analyst you will work closely with members of our Executive, Scheduling, and Recruiting Teams to identify marketing opportunities, track advertising costs, research consumer behavior and explore market trends and opportunities to reach targeted audiences.
Responsibilities:
Analyze sales funnels and customer intent
Measure ROI of online and offline advertising campaigns
Report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement
Track email campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates)
Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns
Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data
Recommend website and campaign optimizations
Manages vendors for optimal efficiency, (including but not limited to; social media and content, patient experience, website, and digital marketing.) and maintain budgets
Research and implement marketing tools to support our promotional projects (automation software, social media scheduling etc)
Work closely with operations and executive teams to identify opportunities for new client acquisition
Directs local marketing support and communicates with operations team to establish best practices for growing business
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree Marketing or 5+ years relevant experience
Must thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
