For more information about Qure4u, visit www.qure4u.com.In a nutshell …As the Marketing Campaign Manager with Qure4u, you are responsible for developing and executing strategic plans which optimize Qure4u’s promotional mix across print collateral, sales tools, and media, as well as social, direct, and digital marketing to deliver strong campaign results. You will take ownership while meeting budget, timelines and ROI. Designing the outbound communications strategy for designated buyer personas and/or Qure4u product line campaigns, documenting the campaigns in multi-channel workstreams, coordinating the completion of all associated activities, hiring and managing third-party vendors, ensuring all messaging is unified and needs-based, leveraging website content to reflect ongoing campaigns, and coordinating with internal and external third parties for a consistent campaign strategy.To be successful in this role, you will: Ensure we are using the most effective campaign strategies to drive results.Collaborating with internal and external teams, as well as customers and vendors (media, digital marketing, graphic design, third-party agencies, etc.) to develop content and prioritize marketing channels.Keep abreast of the most current marketing trends and the digital health space.What you will be doing …Creating integrated B2B marketing campaigns by persona or Qure4u product line, with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers.Leveraging multichannel and media platforms to drive lead generation and nurturing through social, website, email, and advertising.Harnessing the communication requirements of the business, in coordination with product, innovation, sales, and marketing to create and execute a campaign plan that drives ROI and demand generation.Taking ownership by managing the process, implementation, and execution of marketing campaigns.Creating reports in HubSpot, monitoring results, and optimizing campaign performance.Communicating and overseeing the work of internal and external partners and vendors, holding them accountable for on-time completion of work.Creating and proofing all promotional materials within marketing campaigns and keeping a consistent voice/methodology across buyer persona and the Qure4u product line content.Ensuring that the Qure4u brand and identity are adhered to in campaigns and communication channels.Creating and delivering regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs.Participating in all internal product enhancement release meetings, and update/create campaigns accordingly.Leveraging data collected to create new campaigns and evaluate existing campaigns.Developing master campaign calendar and reporting out on a quarterly basis, along with key campaign metrics.Staying cost-conscience and working within the agreed-upon budget.Other duties as assigned.Experience and skills you will bring …A bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or equivalent work experience.5+ years related marketing experience within the healthcare industry.3-5 years working with digital and multichannel tools, tools, and technologies.B2B experience within the healthcare industry required (digital health a plus).Excellent knowledge of G-Suite.Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Exemplary planning and time management skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.High-level verbal and written communication skills.Discretion and confidentiality.Highly organized, savvy in prioritizing and time management.Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $1.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:B2B marketing: 5 years (Preferred)healthcare: 3 years (Preferred)digital health: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
