| Job Description : | For Each 1 Reach 1 Mentoring Program, Inc./Reach Academy is looking for an education director to join our team. We are located at 7318 Sunshine Grove Rd. Brooksville, FL 34613 NATURE AND SCOPE OF ASSIGNMENT The focus of this role is to support the marketing initiatives of our organization here at For Each 1 Reach 1 Inc., / Reach Academy. This includes, but is not limited, to competitive research, project coordination, campaign creation and execution, reporting, and coordinating marketing events. Meetings and events tied to networking, partnerships, sponsorship, events, and campaign creation may be held around the metro area. As a member of the For Each 1 Team, the Marketing Manager is expected to participate in phone calls and meetings (virtual and onsite) while serving as an example of the company’s mission and vision. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Executive Director, the School Principal, and all program directors to establish how they can provide the best outreach for each program as a whole or individually. The program’s growth is an essential part of the sustainability of the school and the programs. The marketing manager must reach goals that are set by the executive team to support that sustainability. The Marketing Manager must keep up with current marketing trends and adjust our marketing strategies accordingly to provide the most significant amount of school and program coverage to the areas we serve. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONSAssociate’s Degree or higher Marketing or currently be working toward a degree in a Marketing field of study. (Required) Three or more years experience in the field of Marketing, including but not limited to: advertising, social media, print, and non-print marketing campaigns, digital and web-based marketing, email marketing, event planning, marketing event execution, grant writing, and management, and community-based marketing outreach.Special skills, knowledge, or expertise that show you are knowledgeable in marketing are essential. Skills maybe Demonstrated by any documentation indicating skills such as past work experience, certifications, programs completed, or professional development.Must pass a background screening.Must pass quarterly evaluations.Solid understanding of best marketing strategies.Excellent written, verbal communication, and time management skills.A creative mindset and a friendly demeanor.Must be well organized with excellent leadership abilities. Ability to make sound judgments, apply current research and theory knowledge to the marketing program, and utilize multimedia and computer technology effectively. Proficient with most mainstream office software and computer skills. Ability to work independently when needed and work as a critical member of the team when needed.Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with peers and the executive team.Ability to evaluate and understand constructive criticism from the executive team and peers with a growth mindset.
