Job Description : | Job Description Job Title: Marketing Manager Department: UK Medical Reports To: UK Healthcare Group Leader Location: Gillingham/Remote Overview: This role manages the marketing and communications strategies for the UK Medical brand. Responsible for multi-channel marketing to promote products and services, enhance the company’s market position, drive revenue opportunities, and support the sales team in winning new business, the role requires extensive experience in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM tools. The role holder will be constructing yearly, quarterly and monthly objectives and goals to present, along with brand campaigns, to the European Medical team, as well as monitor efficiencies and market trends. Job Responsibilities: The role holder will be expected to be responsible for the following: Grow SEO-acquired traffic through hands-on optimisation and content management. Work with our external SEO agency and consultant to deliver this. Maximise ROI from our PPC campaigns (including search, display, shopping and remarketing) in collaboration with our PPC consultant. Actively analyse our inbound traffic with Google Analytics and SEMrush, and maximise ROI by allocating budget and resources accordingly. Work with our analytics consultant to ensure that we always have high quality data available. Create marketing campaigns utilising the full suite of digital tools and marketing automation. Using social media to drive leads for our equipment sales team. Produce rich written and visual content to aid acquisition and add value for our online customers. Project Manage and organise all face to face event logistics and attend when required Implementing the marketing strategic plans, aligning with the Sales team and EU counterparts Oversee and support the new product set up procedure, sell pricing and margin analysis Keep track of company Own Brand product updates, pricing and initiatives Data Management – Using data led methods to target appropriate audiences Presentation skills – Presenting annual and quarterly marketing objectives and activities to MD Medical for Europe Implement strategies for customer insight Liaising with suppliers, external partners and all Schein brands Working as brand guardian to ensure effective use of brand values and guidelines Keep up to date with any regulatory and government guidelines Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior figureheads Involved as Marketing European Business Lead in the Global Ecommerce Project for enhanced online experience. Communicating resolutions and UK Medical objectives to major stakeholders across Europe and America. UK representative to work collaboratively as part of the Marketing team for Medical Europe Implement all print campaigns, managing audience data and oversee form design to mailing Effectively manages and supports the Marketing Administrator, including performance appraisal, training, and skill development Audits department performance and processes to establish effective department workflow Comfortable presenting campaigns and ideas to all levels Using data to monitor and analyse the ROI of all marketing activity including website traffic with proficient use of Google Analytics Working effectively across Europe and America business stakeholders Job Skills & Experience Required: To succeed in this role, you’ll need the following: Qualifications: Degree level education desirable CIM Level 6 qualification Skill & Experience: Good working knowledge of CRM systems including Dotmailer, Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Strong analytical skills and data reporting including proficient use of Excel Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and Photoshop A good understanding of the customer journey and touch points with the ability to create automated journeys using Salesforce Journey Planner.
