Job Description :	Title: Marketing Manager Department: Technology & Marketing Reports to: President of TM Camping Wage: Starting $62,000 Yr. Status: Fulltime Date of Posting: 2/01/22 Through collaborative and cooperative efforts with TM Camping leadership and the Creative Media team, the Marketing Manager is responsible to develop and implement marketing schedules, campaigns, and support for the (7) TM Camping family of brands. The Marketing Manager is responsible for efforts including print, virtual events, in-person tradeshows & exhibits, partnerships, and assisting camp Directors and other teams by providing marketing support and resources. Essential Functions Develop and implement marketing schedules and materials, e-communication, and events Oversees Creative Media and Marketing teams (hiring, training, supervision, etc.) Coordinate and attend Tradeshows and Partnership Events including registration, staffing, booth materials and promotional products Assist in planning and executing development campaigns and events (Donors, Alumni) Oversee promotional, social and digital media channels in collaboration with the Creative Media team Additional Functions Supervise the teams maintaining and updating TM Camping websites (ie: Wix/Weebly). Oversee production of print and electronic newsletters & promotional items Manage e-communications through CRM (Active Campaign) Other duties as assigned by supervisor Major Competency Areas Excellent People skills: positive attitude, engaging personality, communication, able to successfully manage difficult or high-stress situations with grace and professionalism Non-profit marketing and/or development campaign experience CRM / email list management, tags, automations, templates, email builds Understanding and experience in Social Media Management Great attention to detail, organizational skills, and team cooperation and collaboration Secondary Competency Areas – A Plus Experience with website platforms (ie: Wix/Weebly, etc) Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, etc.) Experience with content creation (graphic, print, video, web, radio, etc.) Electronic and print layout experience for newsletters, annual reports, e-communication Event planning Qualifications Godly, Christian character, integrity, and adaptability Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) or equivalent related career work experience Valid California Driver’s license Christian camping or other ministry or non-profit experience Agreement with TM Camping Mission, Vision, Values, Staff Handbook, and Doctrinal Statement Physical Requirements Abilities sufficient to carry out the essential functions of the job – to include leaning, bending over, stooping, reaching, pulling, pushing, squatting, lifting, carrying, holding, and moving heavy objects Able to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time Must be able to lift, hold, carry a minimum of 50 pounds
