Job Description :	Overview: Blackhawk Digital Marketing is looking for a Marketing Strategist. As a Marketing Strategist with Blackhawk, you’ll be at the helm of one of our fastest-growing service offerings. You will be responsible for performing market research, developing campaign strategies, forecasting market trends, and maintaining consistent communication with our strategy clients. About You: Our ideal candidate is someone with an analytical mindset who is also a creative, strategic thinker. You will succeed in this role if you enjoy immersing yourself in industry knowledge, are detail oriented, can speak confidently about your ideas, and excel at building rapport with others. The Marketing Strategist should also demonstrate adaptability, timeliness, strong critical thinking, and an undersatnding of consumer behavior. Responsibilities: Manage client relationships for marketing strategy engagements Set objectives, goals, & targets for and with clients Analyze performance data, identify areas for improvement, and offer actionable solutions Build data visualization dashboards for clients to easily understand overarching business operations and marketing strategy Ensure customer satisfaction by utilizing customer’s suggestions and feedback Perform data analysis around web traffic and other key metrics Monitor KPIs and set up mechanisms to measure multiple campaigns across many online channels Communicate with team members on campaign developments, timelines, and results Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a similar position preferred Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Advertising, Business, Market Research & Analytics, or similar degree preferred) Proven experience building campaign strategies from scratch Highly skilled using Excel and Google Sheets Basic knowledge of analytics tools and the ability to set up tracking/reporting mechanisms to capture key metrics Experience working with data from various digital marketing tools – Google Analytics, Google Ads Analytics, Facebook Analytics, etc. Excellent, clear communication skills, both written and verbal Entrepreneurial with a “hands-on” mindset and strong initiative Compensation: $50,000.00+ per year depending on experience Perks: 15 Vacation Days, 12 Paid Holidays, and Birthday PTO Comprehensive Healthcare — Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Matching 32-Hour Work Week with Flex Fridays Monthly Team Happy Hours & Quarterly Team Events Dog-Friendly Office About Blackhawk: We’re a fast-paced growing digital marketing agency located in the heart of Austin.
