Facility: GSS National Campus Location: Sioux Falls, SD Address: 4800 W 57th St, Sioux Falls, SD 57108, USA Shift: Day Job Schedule: Full time Weekly Hours: 40. 00 Starting Rate: 24.00 Job Summary Works in close collaboration with the Lead Digital Specialist and the Digital Marketing Team. Leverages past experience, digital marketing technologies and best practices to coordinate a comprehensive plan in an effort to increase the reach and performance of digital marketing efforts. The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for email and web strategy, along with maintenance for various Sanford Health business units. This position will work closely with the Lead Digital Specialist, and Manager of Digital and Web Strategy to ideate and execute email and website tactics that support key business initiatives. Primary responsibilities for this position will be to update and maintain Sanford Health website properties, strategize and execute email campaigns, ideate various email journeys for respective campaigns, create evergreen email strategies and drip campaigns, and collaborate with paid and social media teams to optimize web pages based on their strategies. A successful candidate in this position will have a strong work ethic, perpetual curiosity, an eye for ways to improve and streamline processes, and keen attention to detail. Qualifications Bachelor s degree required, preferably in marketing, business administration, computer science or related field. Minimum of three years experience working in related field. Experience working in web CMS platofmorms, Sitecore preferred. Experience creating and executing email strategies, Hubspot or Salesforce preferred. Knowledge of WCAG and other web standards. Understanding of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, and how that relates to conversion optimization. Familiarity with SiteImprove a plus. Google Certification preferred.
