Job Description : | Job Summary: The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing will be responsible for the development and execution of Vector Laboratories digital marketing strategy. With a passion for user experience and analytics, this role will put the customer first in developing a digital experience that meets business goals. Working with team members in the Brand & Marketing team, this individual will develop approaches to elevate our marketing campaigns and programs and test for continuous improvement.Description of Duties: Responsibilities: · Drive our digital marketing strategy to create innovative approaches to deliver marketing programs that drive growth· Own the Vector Laboratories website experience. Identify, implement, test, measure, and optimize growth tactics· Lead the optimization of marketing campaigns and programs to delivery targeted content via a multi-channel digital strategy to nurture leads· Serve as a subject matter expert for website development projects. Establish and implement best practices in user experience to improve our website experience· Build a roadmap for Marketing Technologies to deliver on departmental vision and business needs· Optimize and align our digital marketing strategy with best practices in SEO and SEM· Track performance of digital channels and campaigns, across all phases of the customer journey. Leverage metrics to identify actionable insights and work with the Brand & Marketing team to adjust campaigns and programs to improve results· Work with external agencies and internal resources to support website development, marketing automation, and digital marketing initiatives· Work collaboratively with the Content Marketing team and external agencies to evolve our SEO strategy to meet business needs and to keep website information updated and aligned with best practices· Establish and monitor best practices for digital marketing. Evaluate and recommend technology, systems, and tools that will improve our marketing strategy· Monitor competitive activity and keep informed on trends, innovation and changes that affect and impact our digital marketing activity· Manage projects, resources, and timelines to meet objectives on time and on budgetJob Qualifications: · Required: BA/BS degree or higher with 8+ years’ experience in digital marketing· Prior digital marketing experience in Life Sciences is preferred· Strong understanding of digital best practices and standards· Understanding of UX design and web best practices.
