We are hiring a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining a strong and effective digital & social media presence to position FujiFilm Irvine Scientific as a leader in the industry. This includes but is not limited to social channel strategy, content development, third-party content management, digital media relations management, setting performance targets and results to assess channel and program performance and to make adjustments.

Responsibilities:
Social Media
Build and execute on a results-driven social media strategy increase brand awareness and improve follower engagement
Curate social media content that builds brand awareness, engages key stakeholders, and positions FujiFilm Scientific as a thought leader
Produce social media posts for multiple channels with clear, accurate, on-brand, and engaging social copy
Own the social media content publishing calendar, ensuring alignment with broader organizational marketing strategy
Measure, test, and report on social media campaigns, using analytics tools to inform strategies and tactics for future campaigns
Monitor social media activity (including competitors at a high level), and build reports that help internal stakeholders understand media success and opportunities
Stay abreast of and communicate industry specific social media tools and trends
Media Planning
Develop earned, owned, and shared media strategies to showcase the company in print, broadcast, and online media
Act as liaison between advertising outlets and the marketing communications and marketing teams
Manage digital and print advertising vendors and assist with vendor contracts
Manage media inquiries and interview requests in a timely manner
Experience/ Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Graphics Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline
3-5 years of B2B social media experience, healthcare or medical device industry preferred
Experience executing strong social media campaigns and well-developed content
Hands-on experience with paid social advertising
Track record of measuring and analyzing and reporting on results
CRM Software and Google Analytics experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively with external agencies and suppliers
Must possess a technical knowledge of commercial print and digital/web standards
Ability to speak read and write English effectively
