We’d love to meet you. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity. Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns. Managing a high volume of daily social media posts. Monitoring and communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries and addresses negativity/trolling in a timely manner. Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance. Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts. Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results. Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media. Ensure integration of email communications through company CRM to assist with lead generation Complete other research, writing, and digital media projects as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field. 3 or more years of social media experience including planning and managing content in a corporate, or agency setting. Experience within the healthcare industry is preferred but not required Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy. Experience using various analytics software. Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Proficient in the use of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter and their ad publishing features Preferred knowledge of additional social platforms, i.e., Tik Tok Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products, i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategy and implementation is a plus Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred but not required Superior communication, presentation, collaboration and influencing skills Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES & BEHAVIORS Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Proficient in use of social media forums such as Twitter, Facebook and YouTube Familiarity with Google Analytics, preferred Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, preferred Familiarity with email marketing software (e.g. Marketo, MailChimp) preferred Superior written, communication, presentation, collaboration and influencing skills Familiarity with AP Style Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing as necessary, to consistently meet or beat project deadlines Ability to effectively and efficiently complete multiple assignments with minimal supervision Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding patient, employee, and company proprietary information Must have the ability to relate professionally and positively and work cooperatively with patients, families, and other employees at all levels Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong listening skills and collaborative spirit Ability to think creatively and innovatively Demonstrate expertise with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in digital marketing and social media PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS Mobility, reaching, bending, lifting (minimum of 10 pounds), fine hand coordination, ability to read and write, the ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions and directions, ability to travel, and ability to remain calm under pressure. |
