The Impact You Will Make:
We are looking for a Senior Analyst who will support the high-performance Marketing Strategy and Analytics team. They will be responsible for leveraging our Social & programmatic data to rigorously measure performance of our marketing programs with focus mid funnel marketing. This will include: development and upkeep of dashboards, setting up & analyzing A/B tests, performing lift analyses based on DiD or Geo-Experiment frameworks, analyzing multi-touch attribution and channel interactions at the local level, creating new measurement frameworks for new tests, and most importantly working with the client marketing team to provide strategic insights and recommendations. This role will be based in Chicago and will consist of:
Strategic Analyses (30%): Tackling strategic questions by performing analyses and providing strategic insights across mid marketing funnel including Paid Social and Programmatic
Examples: campaign lift analysis, market level testing etc
Marketing Performance Analytics (25%): Analyze channel interactions (multi-touch attribution) and other key KPIs (awareness etc.) to develop strategic insights for marketing investment mix at the local geographic level.
Ad Hoc reporting & MBR (25%): Develop dashboards and create ad hoc reports for big campaign performance
Marketing Measurement (20%): Partnering with stakeholders (e.g., brand, channel managers, pricing) to design impactful experiments using existing (and building new) measurement frameworks.

Analyzing complex and ambiguous datasets to produce actionable insights
Defending surprising or unpopular results against challenges from skeptical stakeholders
Fielding requests from multiple stakeholders
What You Bring to the Table:
4-6 years of relevant experience
High level programmatic & social marketing experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, or related field
Proficient in Tableau, SQL, Microsoft Office, Google suite
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate analytical learnings into strategic insights
Ability to work with different people at all levels and ability to remain calm under pressure
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Ability to set a clear goal and milestones, and then execute it
Eagerness to learn digital marketing and/or e-commerce

Experience in statistical analysis, including regression analysis, performance attribution, and hypothesis testing
Experience with A/B testing and/or digital marketing
Experience developing Tableau dashboards
Experience with Google Analytics
